Buckwheat mash, my kids' favourite


When I get home from work, feeling tired and would like to have something light, and easy to make, because I'm very hungry. THis is ready in three minutes.

Ingredients:

2 cups sprouted buckwheat
1 apple (without its core)
1 banana
1-2 tbsp coconut chips
cinnamon
1 tbsp hemp seed
1 cup water

Put the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
It's ready to eat.

With sundried cherry and cinnamon:

With small pieces of apple, bananas and cinnamon:


You can use any fruits, when it's their season, see this buckwheat mash with strawberry:
